Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, shipping, project, purchase-order, application, and due-date information you submit. We also retain gasket dimensions, parametric geometry, uploaded drawings, conversion notes, material and thickness choices, quantities, digital proofs, approvals, change requests, payment state, tracking, and service correspondence.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare quotes and proofs, validate manufacturability, process orders, take payment, manufacture and ship custom parts, provide status updates, prevent fraud, support repeat orders, maintain production traceability, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Payments
Card checkout is processed by Stripe. CutMyGasket.com does not store full card numbers. Stripe receives the payment and customer information required to provide its service under its own privacy terms.
Drawings and production files
Uploaded sources and generated files may contain confidential dimensions or part information. Access is limited to the order workflow and authorized production personnel. Do not submit export-controlled, classified, regulated, or third-party material you are not authorized to share.
Email and service providers
We use email, hosting, storage, backup, payment, and shipping providers to operate the service. We share only the information reasonably needed for those functions. We do not sell customer personal information.
Retention and security
Order records, source checksums, proof revisions, production events, payment events, shipping history, and audit records are retained as needed for customer service, repeat orders, accounting, dispute handling, backups, and production traceability. We use HTTPS, protected server configuration, private status tokens, restricted production folders, and access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of non-essential contact information, subject to legal, accounting, backup, fraud-prevention, and production-traceability needs. Email sales@cutmygasket.com.
