Standard shipping
The website uses an $8 standard shipping estimate for supported United States and Canada addresses. Oversized, unusually heavy, rigid-packed, rush, or international-border shipments may require a reviewed quote.
Production timing
A due date is a request, not a guaranteed ship or delivery date. Timing depends on source conversion, proof approval, payment, material availability, quantity, production capacity, carrier service, and requested exceptions. Rush requests are reviewed before acceptance.
Tracking
When tracking is recorded, it appears on the private order-status page and may be sent by email. Carrier scans, customs, weather, address corrections, and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.
Packaging
Flexible and thin parts may be packed flat, supported, sleeved, or rolled when appropriate. Tell us before approval if the gasket has a packaging, cleanliness, labeling, or flatness requirement.
Damage or missing items
Email sales@cutmygasket.com promptly with the order number, photos of the parts and packaging, measurements where relevant, and a short description. Preserve the original packaging while the carrier or production review is open.
