Six useful gasket materials.

Gasket fiber
Firm compressed sheet with good sealability and load retention for many general-service joints.
- Common usesPump casings, carburetors, timing and gear covers, and water, oil, or fuel flanges.
- Keep in mindFluid and temperature capability vary with the fiber and binder grade.

Cork
Soft, lightweight, and highly compressible, so it conforms well under a light clamping load.
- Common usesInspection covers, valve covers, spacers, access plates, and low-pressure housings.
- Keep in mindIt can crush or absorb fluids and is not the first choice for high pressure.

Combines cork compressibility with rubber recovery and better resistance to vibration.

Before you send the drawing.
Can you copy an old gasket?
Yes. Upload a scan or clear overhead photo with a ruler, caliper reading, or one known dimension. We will treat it as a conversion request and send a scaled proof before production.
What files can I upload?
SVG, DXF, PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and JPG files up to 1.5 MB. SVG, DXF, PNG, and JPG can appear as a scaled template in the designer. PDF, AI, and EPS files are accepted for conversion and proof review.
Can I check out immediately?
Yes. A gasket that fits the online size limits and uses a listed material and thickness can use secure card checkout. Uploaded drawings remain safely held for conversion and proof approval before production.
Will you choose the material for me?
We can explain the stock we carry, but the buyer must approve compatibility with the fluid, pressure, temperature, flange, and regulatory requirements of the application.
Do you save my cut file?
Order and proof records are retained for service, repeat orders, production traceability, accounting, and dispute handling. See the privacy policy for details.
What if the designer rejects my geometry?
Use the upload option and request a reviewed quote. Complex contours, oversized parts, tiny webs, and materials outside the online list need a manual production decision.
